Flodigarry
Isle of Skye
A sloping, undulating site, constrained by a historic wall, meant that a decision was made early on in the design process to break up the brief into three buildings, making it easier to slot the accommodation into the topography.
The walls are of larch, the roofs profiled zinc, with a carefully detailed glass balustrade giving a sociable platform to connect with the township.
